An analysis of the business model delivered a key strength and capability of Schaerer – understanding the specific customer requirements and being quick in turning them into a solution.<\/p>\n

The strategy leveraging this key capability was coined “We love it your way.” and implemented across the whole organization by defining the adaptations to be made to professionalize this flexibility for the best customer experience. The product portofolio was adapted to support this strategy.<\/p>\n

The focus in the markets was on the large accounts that needed this individualization of machines to optimize their business. Many large projects have been won leading to an incredibly growth and success in the markets.<\/p>\n
